Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
